Pedesta generates product photographs from photographs you upload. You buy credits. One credit produces one image. Credits are spent only when an image is generated. Credits do not expire.
Prices are shown on the site in United States dollars and are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and tax. Your receipt comes from Paddle.
You may upload only images you own or are licensed to use. Do not upload images of identifiable people without their permission, or content that is unlawful.
You keep all rights in the images you upload and in the images Pedesta generates from them. You may use generated images commercially. We store your images to provide the service and to investigate failures, and we do not sell them or use them to train models.
If a generation fails, the credit is not spent. If a credit is deducted for an image that was never delivered, contact us and we will restore it. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, less any credits already spent. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Pedesta produces images automatically and results vary with the photograph you supply. We do not guarantee that any particular image will meet your expectations.
We may suspend an account that breaches clause 4.
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
